Many bakeries just-add-water, other bakeries use elaborate equipment to shape and bake their products. We know that great things come from great bakers, and we use our bakers' abilities to the fullest extent possible.
We know that this work is tough - the hours are strange, the work is hard, hot, and physically demanding. We also know that our bakers enjoy their jobs, and we encourage involvement and creativity in all aspects of the bakery.
